Pad Se Ew noodle
Dish Idea: Pad Se Ew noodle (ผัดซีอิ๊ว)
🛒 What You Need:
1 egg
100g pork (or protein of your choice)
1 handful of fresh wide rice noodles
Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan), chopped
3–4 tbsp EAZY THAI Noodle Stir-Fry Sauce
Ground pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp oil
👩🍳 How to Cook:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add egg to the pan and scramble lightly.
Add rice noodles and stir-fry until nearly done.
Return the cooked pork to the pan, then add Chinese broccoli.
Pour in EAZY THAI Noodle Stir-Fry Sauce and toss everything together until well coated.
Finish with ground pepper and serve hot.
