Pad Se Ew noodle

Dish Idea: Pad Se Ew noodle (ผัดซีอิ๊ว)

🛒 What You Need:

  • 1 egg

  • 100g pork (or protein of your choice)

  • 1 handful of fresh wide rice noodles

  • Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan), chopped

  • 3–4 tbsp EAZY THAI Noodle Stir-Fry Sauce

  • Ground pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tbsp oil

👩‍🍳 How to Cook:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  2. Add egg to the pan and scramble lightly.

  3. Add rice noodles and stir-fry until nearly done.

  4. Return the cooked pork to the pan, then add Chinese broccoli.

  5. Pour in EAZY THAI Noodle Stir-Fry Sauce and toss everything together until well coated.

  6. Finish with ground pepper and serve hot.
