Pipi with chilli jam basil

Dish Idea: Stir-Fried Pipi with Chilli Jam (หอยลายผัดน้ำพริกเผา)

🛒 What You Need:

  • 400g pipi (clams)

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • ½ tbsp chopped fresh chilli

  • 3–4 tbsp EAZY THAI Chilli Jam Stir-Fry Sauce

  • Thai basil leaves

  • Kaffir lime leaves, sliced

👩‍🍳 How to Cook:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic, chilli, and lime leaves. Stir until golden and aromatic.

  3. Add pipi and stir-fry until almost cooked.

  4. Add EAZY THAI Chilli Jam Sauce — no need for extra seasoning!

  5. Toss in Thai basil. Stir until everything is well coated and fully cooked.

  6. Serve hot with rice and enjoy bold, authentic Thai flavor — in minutes!
