Pipi with chilli jam basil
Dish Idea: Stir-Fried Pipi with Chilli Jam (หอยลายผัดน้ำพริกเผา)
🛒 What You Need:
400g pipi (clams)
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tbsp chopped fresh chilli
3–4 tbsp EAZY THAI Chilli Jam Stir-Fry Sauce
Thai basil leaves
Kaffir lime leaves, sliced
👩🍳 How to Cook:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, chilli, and lime leaves. Stir until golden and aromatic.
Add pipi and stir-fry until almost cooked.
Add EAZY THAI Chilli Jam Sauce — no need for extra seasoning!
Toss in Thai basil. Stir until everything is well coated and fully cooked.
