Pork minced chilli and basil
Dish Idea: Pork minced chilli and basil (หมูสับผัดกะเพรา)
🛒 What You Need:
200g meat of your choice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh chilli
3–4 tbsp EAZY THAI Stir-Fry Sauce
A handful of Thai basil
Ground pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp oil
👩🍳 How to Cook:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and chilli. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add meat and stir-fry until nearly cooked.
Add EAZY THAI Stir-Fry Sauce — no extra seasoning needed!
Toss in Thai basil and ground pepper. Stir until well combined and fully cooked.
Serve hot with rice. For the ultimate experience, top it off with a crispy fried egg!
