Pork minced chilli and basil

Dish Idea: Pork minced chilli and basil (หมูสับผัดกะเพรา)

🛒 What You Need:

  • 200g meat of your choice

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chilli

  • 3–4 tbsp EAZY THAI Stir-Fry Sauce

  • A handful of Thai basil

  • Ground pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tbsp oil

👩‍🍳 How to Cook:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and chilli. Stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. Add meat and stir-fry until nearly cooked.

  4. Add EAZY THAI Stir-Fry Sauce — no extra seasoning needed!

  5. Toss in Thai basil and ground pepper. Stir until well combined and fully cooked.

  6. Serve hot with rice. For the ultimate experience, top it off with a crispy fried egg!
