Classic Fried Rice

Dish Idea: Fried Rice Sauce : Classic Fried Rice (ข้าวผัด)

🛒 What You Need:

  • 1 cup cooked rice (preferably day-old)

  • 1 egg

  • 4–5 prawns (or your choice of protein)

  • 2 stalks spring onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp EAZY THAI Fried Rice Sauce

  • Ground pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tbsp oil

👩‍🍳 How to Cook:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add prawns and cook until done. Remove and set aside.

  2. Add egg to the pan and scramble until just set.

  3. Add rice and stir-fry with the egg until well combined.

  4. Return the cooked prawns to the pan and add EAZY THAI Fried Rice Sauce. Stir everything together evenly.

  5. Finish with spring onion and a pinch of ground pepper.
