Classic Fried Rice
Dish Idea: Fried Rice Sauce : Classic Fried Rice (ข้าวผัด)
🛒 What You Need:
1 cup cooked rice (preferably day-old)
1 egg
4–5 prawns (or your choice of protein)
2 stalks spring onion, sliced
2 tbsp EAZY THAI Fried Rice Sauce
Ground pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp oil
👩🍳 How to Cook:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add prawns and cook until done. Remove and set aside.
Add egg to the pan and scramble until just set.
Add rice and stir-fry with the egg until well combined.
Return the cooked prawns to the pan and add EAZY THAI Fried Rice Sauce. Stir everything together evenly.
Finish with spring onion and a pinch of ground pepper.
