Pad Thai with Prawn
Dish Idea: Pork Sweet & Sour (ผัดเปรี้ยวหวาน)
🛒 What You Need:
1 handful Pad Thai noodles (soaked if dry)
4–5 prawns (peeled and deveined)
1 egg
10 cubes of firm tofu
1 handful bean sprouts
3–4 tbsp EAZY THAI Pad Thai Sauce
1 wedge of lime
1 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
1 tbsp fried shallots
A handful of chopped chives
Chilli flakes (optional)
2 tbsp oil
👩🍳 How to Cook:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add prawns and cook until done. Remove and set aside.
Crack in the egg, add noodles and tofu. Stir-fry until the noodles are soft and well mixed.
Return prawns to the pan. Add EAZY THAI Pad Thai Sauce and toss everything together.
Add peanuts, fried shallots, chives, and bean sprouts. Stir briefly and remove from heat.
Serve hot with a lime wedge. Add chilli flakes to taste.
